    Hi Shelley,
Enjoyed your podcast on 10 reasons for maintaining your playlist and thank you for these podcasts. As a grandparent teaching a little bit of piano to my grandchildren, they have been useful.
You referred to your ‘SMART’ approach to music that the students have learnt well. Could you give me an example of this approach. Sounds interesting and fun.

    Many thanks,
    Sue (Australia)

      Hello Sue,

I’m sorry for the delayed response to your question; the holiday hustle and bustle has finally slowed down for us here in Texas. I hope you and yours enjoyed a nice holiday!

Thank you for listening to the podcast. I am delighted to learn that you are finding it helpful. I discuss using the Get SMART resource sheet in Episode 000. On the show notes for that episode, there is a link to a free printable that gives suggestions for each letter of the acronym. I hope it will give your grandchildren some ideas and freedom to add their own personalities to their music.

Thanks again for taking the time to contact me. I really appreciate hearing from my listeners!

      All the best,
      Shelly
