The global shift to online piano lessons has shown piano teachers what’s really going on at home. We see the instrument your piano kid is using for practice and we see how they are sitting at the piano.
 
This is a great time for you to take a closer look at your piano or keyboard and notice how your piano kid is sitting at the piano when they practice.

A quick note about home recital videos:

  • Dress as you would for an in-person recital; shoes and all. Dress like a performer.
  • Limit household noises, pets, small children. Let your pianist be the star of the show.
  • Take a look at what surrounds the piano and clear out clutter. Remove anything that would distract from the performance.
